1. HD voice for calls and meetings: Acoustic echo cancellation and noise reduction removes distractions from calls and meetings.
2. Easily join meetings: View the room calendar, join via the Webex button, or Zero-touch with proximity pairing from Webex apps.
3. Smart presentations and guest sharing: Share locally or in-meeting wirelessly from Webex apps. Your guests can share through a Web browser or using the HDMI cable.
4. Simple design familiar interface: A brilliant 6-inch, full HD touchscreen provides immediate access to meetings, calling, directories, and content.
5. Webex experience on a phone: This phone provides a superior in-meeting experience, with an external display, a participant list, and active speaker features.
6. Increase screen productivity: Extend the use of all office screens with digital signage and deliver content to screens.
7. Standby Mode: Your phone now enters Standby mode when you haven’t used it for several minutes. This feature reduces your energy consumption.
8. Lock Device Settings: Administrators can lock the following phone settings so that users can’t modify them:

10. Support for Personal Mode: Personal mode allows users to use their calendar instead of the room calendar for their meetings. Users can also collaborate with coworkers in a personal meeting space. Users also see their name in the top-left corner of the phone.

11. Cisco Webex Video Integration for Microsoft Teams: Microsoft Teams meeting is now supported on the Cisco Webex Room Phone. 

12. Meeting Participant List Enhancement: Users now see the following information when in a Webex meeting:

• A list of people in attendance.
• The status of each displayed participant, including the active speaker, the muted participants, and the participant who is screen sharing.
• A notification if a participant joins or leaves the meeting.
